Short version: the details you give Jay are used to quote and complete your vehicle removal. They are not sold to other towing companies or lead brokers.
What is collected
When you call, text or use the quote form on this site, you choose what to share — usually your name, phone number, the vehicle details and where the vehicle sits in Vancouver. The quote form on this site does not store anything on a server; it opens a text message on your own device that you send to Jay.
How it is used
The information is used to give you a quote, arrange a pickup time, complete the vehicle release paperwork required for the removal, and contact you about that job.
What is not done with it
Your details are not sold, rented or passed to lead-generation companies. This is not a lead-generation website — the person you speak to is the person who arrives.
Paperwork and records
Vehicle release and ownership paperwork is kept as required for the recycling of the vehicle and for normal business records.
